The depth of knowledge and meticulous preparation he displayed allowed me to cross examine the police accident investigator with such a high level of accuracy, to demonstrate that his accident calculations were fundamentally flawed, that the Judge stopped the case stating that the prosecution’s case was no longer sustainable.
